Explicit Consent Text

I explicitly consent to Doç. Dr. Müslüm Ergün processing, for the purpose of pre-assessment, the health data contained in my treatment selection, my optional message and the documents I attach to the pre-assessment form.

I understand that I am not obliged to share this data and that, if I do not, I can receive general information only.

I explicitly consent to my personal data and the health data I share being transferred, to the extent necessary to provide the service, to hosting, email delivery and security service providers established abroad.

If I choose to be contacted over WhatsApp, I explicitly consent to the information I share through that channel being processed for pre-assessment and appointment coordination.

I understand that this channel is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and that the relevant data may be processed abroad.

If I use the AI-assisted patient assistant offered on the site, I explicitly consent to the messages I write to it being processed by an AI service provider established abroad in order to generate a reply.

I understand that the assistant is for information only, that it does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and does not replace assessment by a doctor.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time, in whole or for any one of the headings above, by writing to info@meurology.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful up to that date.
